Please allow 1-5 days for processing and shipping from the day you placed your order; weekends and holidays are excluded. 

If you have not received your order within the 1-5 days time frame, please email us at info@elladean.com so we can resolve any issues. 

We ship with United States Parcel Services (USPS). We are NOT responsible for any lost packages. Please contact USPS for all inquiries regarding lost packages.

Nationwide: Shipping will take between 1-5 business days.

International: Shipping will take between 10-21 business days.

 

Returns

Our products are freshly handmade, therefore, we do not allow refunds, returns, or exchanges; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When selecting your product(s), please pay attention to which item(s) you are adding to the cart and make sure your shipping information is correct.
